Pizza Hut

So ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut was great the first time but terrible since. I ordered a meal for my family and waited. It had been over an hour so I called. The restaurant NEVER answers the phone so I got customer service. The agent told me that they were busy, “give it another 15-20 minutes. So I wait, no pizza! So I call back only for them to tell me the location is closed and my order was canceled. No text, no email, no phone call! I was thinking service this horrible had to be a one off. The next night, we tried again only earlier this time. Once again, our order is cancelled without notice. I called back and again got customer service. She first tried to transfer me to the store. I refuse because they don’t answer the phone. She said she was getting a supervisor, put me on hold and never returned!!! Terrible, terrible service. And Pizza Hut couldn’t care less!

I ordered delivery from them at 1:15pm, then said my food would be here at 2:01pm then I get a message saying Doordash will be delivering my food. Then the directions were clear to where I was... The food barley got here at 2:40pm. Cold and wrong. Horrible customer service when I called, the lady was rude and hung up on me. Never using this location again.

The crust was awesome! Light and flaky! 7 of my kids were like this is some of the best crust on a pizza we have ever had!

It's a well known fact that this location has been named the WORST PIZZA HUT in the entire chain of more than 19,000 worldwide. For the love of God, please don't

I called to order my pizza at 6:24pm. The employees were very rude on the phone asking for the address like I was stupid. I was looking it up and they got impatient. Then, I waited 2 hours! I called to see where my pizza was and they told me I order it for pick up when I specifically said, “delivery.” I tried calling again and they didn’t answer! I then called from my employees phone and they answered… I asked how much longer and they charged me 9$ for the delivery fee! After looking up the fee it was supposed to be 6$. I asked if there was a vetrans discount because I am a vet and tomorrow is vetrans day. They were very rude to me. The pizza wasn’t worth the wait. It was ice cold, hardly cooked through! I am frustrated by this transaction and DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! Please spread the word.
